many people dont realize that much of the manner in which we approach life is a learned behavior these habits are formed by repetition through out the years if we spend years focusing on what is wrong rather than what is right then this negative patterns are going to keep us from enjoying our life we acquired many of our habits from our parents or from the people were are around us as we grew up if your parents focused on what was wrong living stressed out uptight or discouraged there is a possibility that you have developed this similar negative mind sets though the negative habits that you have developed can be gotten rid of and develop a habit of happiness we should learn to get up each morning excited about that day even if you are facing difficult or negative we need to learn to keep a positive outlook if you need to be happy you have to make a decision to be happy right does not depend on your it depends on your will its a choice that you make in spite of your dilemmas remain positive upbeat and energetic if you want to develop a habit of happiness you must learn to relax and go with the flow instead of getting frustrated you have to be grateful for what you have rather than complaining about what you do not have each day is full of surprises and so you must accept the fact that not everything is going to go to always go your way instead be adaptable and adjustable and seek to make the best out of a bad of the best things i have learned is that i do not have to have my way to be happy i have made up my mind to enjoy each day whether my plans work out or whether they do not Published November 17 2009 Relevant Links a better you by joel osteen
